Don’t forget to thank every person who interviewed
you; a
thank you letter provides you an
additional opportunity to express your interest and to re-impress the
interviewers.
Most important:
don’t ever be discouraged. You may not be offered a
job after every interview, but this has nothing to do with you.
Sometimes positions close unexpectedly, budgets are cut, employees who
were supposed to quit change their mind … so many things could go
wrong. Don’t blame yourself. Just practice and move on. Remember, you
are the best there is.
